There's a glitch for me on the destiny app, it won't let me look at my characters or my grimoire card or anything bcuz it keeps saying it's classified and when I try to load it it says it's updating and no matter when I check it it's at 66 percent. This is pretty annoying cuz it means I can't transfer my stuff through the app and I can check any new grimoire cards I get, I also know a lot of others players who have the same problem where it says it's updating and it's always at 66 percent.
