Sunbreaker is Too Strong w/proof
Defend this please. This post will probably be ignored since there is no defence for how ridiculously OP this class is.
Edit: Lots of support actually. Thank you to everyone who is capable of thinking rationally.
Edit: Thank you for the discussion. Unfortunately I do not have time to talk to all of you. As for the state of the sunbreaker class I remain unconvinced that it is balanced.

Edit: 1400 replies not a single one has had a convincing or reasonable point to suggest that sunbreaker is balanced. Get ready for the nerf hammer titans.
Edit: 2000 replies not a single valid point suggesting why this class is balanced. You lose titans enjoy the nerf.

I almost killed a sunbreaker with stormtrance, I ran out of super after killing two guardians before hand

Well we have to aim the the hammer more carefully long distance . We still die by surprise or certain supers unless we super spec. Over shield needs two or three perks. We are not anything special WITHOUT OUR SUPER. Besides healing by killing with melee or Nades. Our most USEFUL SKILL IS OUR Super.

As someone who has a Titan and plays sunbreaker, yeah it's pretty funny broken. It lasts too long. The armor is too much. The heal makes you immoral. The perk that makes your hammers follow targets makes it way too easy to use. It's a long range arc blade with even more armor. How is that in anyway fair?

Make sure you pop a 3 of coins before a crucible match. Sunbreakers count as ultras.

I used melee to kill a Titan in super throwing hammers. Not a charged melee, just regular. It's not op. GG is op. Even in PVE GG can't one shot majors sometimes.

34 RepliesThe super is so strong because the class sucks, how many damn times does this need to be said? The class has no perks or abilities, it's pretty bare bones. The super is so strong to compensate for this.

No sub breakers are just strong no op....solar hunter will always win the fight over a solar Titan when it comes to players of equal skill level. But you don't hear anyone skill complaining about gunslingers anymore

Or there's Kabr, who's the sole reason we're able to survive the Vault of Glass and defeat pretty much any of the enemies in it. He tore a Gorgon apart with his bare hands and made the Relic out of it, which he imbued with his own light. Or there's Zavala, Shaxx, and Saladin who founded the Vanguard, Crucible, and Iron Banner respectively. They're also all heroes of the battle of Twilight Gap. All three are undefeated in the crucible, and are cited as arguably the most powerful guardians alive. Or there's the battle of Six Fronts, where four Titan regiments stood against the combined forces of every Fallen House. They were not only outnumbered, but several of the regiments had to be split in half to defend two of the fronts. None of the lines broke, and eventually the Fallen were forced to retreat against the Titans' invincible defense. Or there's Thalor, the undefeated Crucible Champion. In fact, ALL of the crucible champions we know of are Titans. Or there's the fact that Titans were the very first Guardians. They stood in defense of the first pilgrims to meet underneath the Traveler, founded the City, and built the wall to protect it to this day. So none of the other Guardians would even exist if it weren't for us. Or there's how we're the only class that has never been corrupted and turned to the Darkness. On the contrary, Titans are generally seen as paragons of the light. I can go into more depth for any of these, if you want. But there's a lot of Titan lore to sift through.

What a fantastic video. All of these people who watch it and then still defend the class, shame on you. It is SOOO easy to get about 4 or 5 kills with a hammer of sol activation.

Damn, you pvp noobs keep on crying. Whats next nerf warlocks super? Nerf snipers? Nerf heavy weapons? Nerf melee? Nerf shotgu.... Nah thats the only weapon you guys use in pvp. So prob not. Looking forward to kill oryx in the raid with a shotgun. Message to bungie: next expansion don't bother with new content. Just give the huntards a nuclear strike, you can use each minute or when a titan comes within its 100 m range. And a new pvp map, circular arena type, where titans spawn in the middle, no weapons, no super, they can only dance...the rest spawns on a higher level with clear view of the titans... Would that be better for you whiners??? FFS

4 RepliesThere's a simple solution. USE YOUR NIGHTSTALKER BOW. It's a cancel card super, just like FoH was for us Titans. Same with Voidwalkers, use your super to cancel ours. Simple solution.

Sleeper stimulant codes, or people like you who cry about sunbreakers. It's quite hilarious seeing you on the other side of the stick, we had to deal with your OP bladedancers and gunslingers all year one. Getting either instantly shot or sliced around every corner. Deal with it. Titans have a great class and that doesn't really prove anything XD
