Defend this please. This post will probably be ignored since there is no defence for how ridiculously OP this class is.

Edit: Thank you for the discussion. Unfortunately I do not have time to talk to all of you. As for the state of the sunbreaker class I remain unconvinced that it is balanced.

It isn't op and here's logical reasons why. I will be talking about 3 things: The class in general, the no perk super, and the Forgemaster and Cauterize super Keep in mind this is in all regard to PvP 1. The grenades are really good. They are all solid and powerful options. It does lack, however, the easiest grenade in the game, a bolt grenade, which has basically no hope of dodging. The Melee is still Titan t- Rex arms, but it does a nice about of damage. Still not as good as blink strike or Sunsinger Melee. Jump is same as other Titans. nothing special. 2. The unupgraded super comes with 5 hammers, one more that most Gunslingers. The hammers have an arc, relatively slow travel time, and time inbetween shots. If you wait too long you will miss out on a hammer or two. You can survive a gg shot if your armor is maxed, but that makes you too slow to get around to kill enough people. 3. This is what most people roll with. It gives you 7 hammers, bigger explosions, and regenerating health after every super kill. Realize that the regen health works like any other. If you take one shot you stop regenerating, making 2 (or more) v 1 encounters easily lost. In conclusion, it is a very powerful super. The best way to counter it is by jumping away. It is extremely hard for a hammer to hit a moving target off of the ground. The only thing that should be changed is the surviving a gg shot. that is just stupid

As a Sunbreaker main, I do admit that maybe it shouldn't take two golden gun shots to take a Sunbreaker with a max armor build down. It should be a one shot kill. Even with the tiny decrease in damage resistance it would probably take, it would still leave Sunbreakers with a lot of damage resistance so it won't lose too much PvE effectiveness. Although with the hammers, I believe they should still stay the same. Travel time makes them able to be avoided. People go on about homing but homing really only activates if your basically going to hit them anyway. They don't curve around corners or anything. Being killed by explosive pyre is your fault or your teammates fault dying and standing next to each other while a hostile super is near you. I don't see why people are getting mad they can't kill a Sunbreaker in their super with regular weapons though. Why would you engage them without a super, die because the Sunbreakers have their super then get angry that you couldn't gun them down fast enough. RUN! Running is definitely the best thing to do when you hear a Sunbreaker. Just like you would with any other super. I do believe they need a slight damage resistance decrease in their super, but just enough to enable one golden gun shot and then most likely by consequence different snipers. But their offense needs to stay the same for PvE purposes which is where all titan classes shine anyway.

It has more armor than blade dancer, has grenades and horseshoes hammers (I once was directly next to one, and without him seeing me he threw it and it killed me), and regens health? Come on!

You can still be biased if you play all classes, I play all three but classes but titan is far and away my favourite and I will defend sunbreaker to the end.

I can tell you it's not over powered at all. In fact Stormcaller is getting more kills per player. Nightstalker is getting WAY more kills than both. It's tether is helping teammates get kills as well. So, if you think for a second Sunbreaker is too strong, you are mistaken. It's because you think this is year one where all your year one tactics are the same... it's not. This is year two... we've changed dramatically. Simply adapt... or die. Period.

do remember the titan bubble it was the first class too get a nerf . The bubble used too be unkillable you had too wait for the timer too run out . next minute nerf def titan becomes worst class in the game I fear when they nerf sunbreaker the same thing will happen the next class too receave was yep you guessed it warlock and yes hunters were able too continue for a full year with their broken class

Best defense against Sunbreakers are simple, just run from them and if you are close try to jump a lot. I mean, everytime I hear a Dangerous super activate I try to run in the opposite direction. I do not for once think I can be fast enough to take down a super. Stop complain about every class. It can always be countered. Except for Crucible lag, that is the worst. When players warp as fast as Taken do, then it's scary for real.

Lmao whoever says sunbreakers aren't overpowered are -blam!-ing blind. What this guy just said is all true. Sunbreakers can also knock out any -blam!-ing super in ONE HAMMER as long as the hammer lands right on you. -blam!- off I main a titan and that shit is broken

this class isnt op, the super is most people forget the difference. honestly taking the class as a whole besides the super, it actually pretty bad. datto already has a video on its controversy. btw there are multiple variables that you put into your video that throw off all the data. you talk about the time between golden gun kills and hammer kills. you do realize that theres now way you can get an accurate estimate between kills? there are so many things that can factor in the amount of kills you get in one moment in time.you also seem to be the type of person that complains about dying to the hammer of sol but your the one rushing towards it. honestly i have no problem with there super, i really just kite them then bring them to a bottleneck and snipe them. and also sunbreakers arent going to get nerfed, the deserve a good class.

Yep we are throwing pieces of stars at you but maybe they should feel like teddy bears while you shut down our supper with one arrow that will then pin us down and you kill us with unlimited crit hits, cause Sun breaker is really the op one here

I think I'm the only one that thinks the armor isn't a problem Titan is a tank class so they should be tanky. Just make it so the hammers take 2 hits to kill instead of one.
