In the cutscene just before Oryx's deathblast hits her ship, her eyes stop glowing all together. This could mean she channelled a great deal of power through her to survive or maybe it means that the Dreadnaught attack started to kill her before the blast actually hit the ship. There might be more reasons as to why her eyes stopped glowing completely, but I still think she survived

I got the sense that it was more of a "Oh shit...." expression that required more frightened eyes.

I find it very suspicious that she was able to undo an irreversible effect that the Awoken have had since they fled Earth from the Collapse. If their emotions can change these effects then that's awesome but for her eyes only to be the ones that stopped glowing must mean something. Or I may just be overthinking it but sometimes it's the little things that are a very big indicator
