For some reason my Earth Social shows that I have a main quest there but I can't find it. Usually there will be icons showing where the quest can be found in the tower, but it doesn't appear and I've spoken to every NPC possible. I can't tell when I need to visit the tower anymore and it's really misleading when I think that I do have a quest. What do I do?

The new quest is open for me, lvl41 on earth. I just cant stay connected to the bungie servers to play it. They gotta be having patch problems with all the new stuff today.
