Since I'm from Australia in gonna say peppered steak pie. Massive chunks of steak with chill and cracked peppercorns encased in flaky pastry. I lived in America for 3 years and they introduced me to the idea of sweet pies, peach and pumpkin were my favourite. Apple pie is the best thing America stole from England.
