Hi Bungie, on my companion app my characters light is way to low for the weapons and gear I have. can this be some kind of glitch? please help, thank you.

I'm aware, it never unlocked for me yet I was still able to progress to 289. Yet suddenly it drops back down to 266. Funny thing now is the Artifact is still locked for me
