Tlaloc is the best in my opinion. Especially with fireborn sunsinger or the melee and grenades build with the stormcaller. Overflow is a beast. But that's warlock only and used exotic. Non warlock and legendary. Evey ones all over the hung jury from dead orbit. Firefly stability and lots of ammo. I would agree. Except I got a fomulon Tuonela SR4 from banshee for 2500 glimmer armsday package. Has has same stats and firefly and a perk for max stability. Only 13 round magazine. But honestly thats decent. Plus high reload with reload gloves it doesnt hinder me. But thats for pve. Pvp I just use hand cannons. So no comment on scouts there sorry.
