Running away is not a real counter. Imagine a super that projected a bubble in a 20 metre radius around your character that moved with you, and no one could enter this bubble without being killed. That would be OP as hell, especially in objective modes, yet that's essentially what HoS does.
All it needs is a reduction in damage resistance down to the same level as Bladedancers. That, or remove the option to regain health on the ranged hammer throws (make it melee strikes only).

What do you do 9 times out of 10 when you see a blade dancer coming at you? YOU RUN No difference here.

Hos is faster with ranged attacks & has more health, not even a bit similar

A bladedancer HAS to get close to you so you know where they are headed, & they have less health so you can shotgun melee very easily.

yep I run and jump in the air and bladedancers still can fly in the air with there -blam!-ing knife and get me.
