HOLEEEE SHIIIIIIIIT
The new Forge mode will release in December, just in time for the holiday break. From there, we’ll be running Forge as an ongoing (free) service for Halo 5, taking feedback from the community and delivering new features and content on an ongoing basis. Halo 5’s Forge is the biggest evolution of the feature since the original was released with Halo 3.
Can we all slow the hype train for a moment and address the fact that 343 are still up to their old tricks? Releasing a title with missing features and promising that they'll release them later. What else isn't ready? They've yet to release a game that generally works well at launch with all of the features that we expect and they always promise to deliver certain features later on.

I'm going to make Halo Basketball again.
The new Forge mode will release in December,
Lol o l

I assume you will be able to create breakout maps? That was the first impression I got from the beta. It looked like they were built on grids from reach
-
I can't wait to f*ck around in forge for hours ultimately to go download someone else's map. V_V

No Forge at launch is kinda ridiculous. I've heard that a few people check it out before starting anything else. Weirdoes. Anyway, it all sounds ridiculously complicated, but hey, there's object grouping now. That's good.

Forge is going to be -blam!-ing amazing! I can't wait to build my own maps and see what you guys, and other people come up with.
-
So many curved pieces. Ability to change their colors too? I'm smelling a Covenant map brewing in my head >;)

YESSSSSSSSSS
why the -blam!- do we have to wait?
I want it to be at launch but I rather it be flawless then broken.

My god. 343 has come a long way from their rocky start with Halo 4.

People that ask for ai are ungrateful asf

Watched the video without sound, but I'll get around to it when I'm off work. But it looks amazing right now. All I hope for is a custom games browser :( Also, not a fan at ALL about it releasing in December. Two major elements in a Halo game wont be there at launch. Luckily the campaign is large and Warzone will be there.

Edited by Guardian6276: 10/7/2015 10:25:38 AMKnew they wouldn't leave out one of the best aspects of halo multiplayer, looks freaking sweet

Bump 4 later

This is amazing!
-
I'm hyped.

For once I must applaud 343 unconditionally. Being the avid forger I am, this sounds too good to be true. The one and only complain I have with it, is that I will have to wait to get my hands on this amazing feature. Well done 343.

But is there weather and time of day??

Reach forge was the best (imo) and all the things we've wanted before and since then seem to have been added. One thing I must say is that the maps must be bigger. Reach's Forge world was huge and amazing. 4's maps were limited and small; even the graphics were ... different. 5 looks like it's taking a step in the right direction, but Reach will always have the best Forge in my opinion.

So it wont be at launch :(
