I've noticed a lot of people who are looking for the helm of KROLOK in the summoning pits. But most of you just go in and slay phogoth and call it good. Wait for the ships to come in (just like the last word quest) wait till you get some kind of yellow bar or named enemy to drop then kill it. After that kill phogoth. This is time consuming. But it makes sense since in order to get the other gear the strikes are higher than lvl 10. But since phogoth is at 10 it would be way to easy if all you had to do was grind him out. I only got a chance to do this once before I got off for tonight. So give it a shot
