Hi,
I've purchased the disc copy of The Taken King and my brother and me have been playing it fine. Bought a new console and he can play it perfectly but for me it says it requires the taken king.
I've tried nearly everything
Restored back to factory settings. Deleted the game and re-installed it. Restored liscenes. Its definitely the primary console.
I'm all out of ideas. Help?

They don't allow two consoles accessing the same license for the DLC. Even though they allowed it for the previous expansions.
