Yeah you can. Gotta get ghosts from Templars well, back way into gorgons maze and the VOG cliffs. Then the portal at the jumping puzzle will open and let you go forward in time (Venus) and you fight taken mobs and a giant minoutar. Then the VOG door opens and you can get the chest.
