As it stands right now, every dedicated PvP player got shafted by the update, concerning their possibility to earn legendary marks.
I now basically have to play the regular PvE to earn my Crucible gear. This was:
A) Never the case before
B) Is a completely mindless change, because a PvP player should be able to earn his PvP gear through playing said PvP
C) Makes it a considerably longer grind to have a PvE and a PvP set, tuned to one's individual playstyle.
Since it's obvious that Bungie apparently doesn't want PvP players to earn too many legendary marks in a short time, could you please reintroduce Crucible Marks, which can be used to purchase Vendor Gear, but can't be used for Ascension or Exotic purchases?
Everything else simply doesn't make sense in the long run.
At least if you guys at Bungie want to keep Legendary marks as a universal currency for upgrades, gear and exotics.
As a PvP player, we got the short stick with that update.
I am fully aware of Daily Crucible Playlists. This is not what I mean. What I mean is that every Crucible game should reward marks. Since you obviously want to keep the amount of Legendary marks a player can earn rather low, only the reintroduction of Crucible Marks seem to make sense.
