I was recently given an assignment to write an essay on any supreme court case I want. Above are 3 cases that I find to be very interesting, but I can't decide which one to write about. If you know of another uncommon case that are quite interesting feel free to suggest it below.

atkins is certainly graphic and i'm sure could garner a bit of attention, but i feel that plessy v. ferguson is slightly more audience friendly.
