The funny part is that it takes your health away and can't kill in one shot, look it up in pvp, the final round doesn't even affect a thing.[spoiler]either way, gr8 b8 [/spoiler]

It doesn't, the final round of the touch of malice still takes the same amount of damage and it takes your health away so it makes you an easy 2 shot kill

On ToM it does about 1.5 on final round in pvp. Snipers are the only gun where final round doesn't work in crucible.
