Yep. When I first created the character, I checked with the postmaster. Then after I boosted to 25, I logged out, closed the game, and restarted it. Still nothing. So I did some missions, some crucible, and checked again, nothing still. It's weird, because the Exotic Mark shows for purchase from the Exotic blueprint, and I was able to retrieve the emote from the emote blueprint, but the Shader is the only thing not showing up anywhere.
