As amazing as ToM is from a DPS standpoint, in a PvP environment....the gun LITERALLY kills yourself. With Light Level mattering, you'd be giving the other team a handicap. Meaning, you're weakening yourself so they can kill you faster. Honestly, ToM is fine the way it is. I don't see a nerf happening to it because of its damage.
