I have tried everything from changing my dns, clearing my cache, hard resets, wired connection, uninstalling the entire game and redownloading it from scratch, all to no avail. No matter what i do, the base game will download from the disk but as soon as i try to download the update, it gets permanently stuck at 52% game transfer in game and at 3% on my dashboard.
