How about it doesn't proc period? How about if it only worked for pve? Because from what I am understanding you wantcthe okayer with the higher kd record to have the perk proc? So the more skilled player should be able to use the crutch?

Well the worse player is going to lose anyway. Might as well end the pain a little faster.

Its funny about skills isnt it. Whenever someone with a lower kd uses the meta they are a crutch weilding scrub. But it's totally cool if the skilled players take up the crutch? If you use the current meta then turn around come on the forums and tell people to use a more skilled weapon and git gud you are nothing more than a flaming scrub who lacks the proper attention needed.
