Are you retarded? First of all, it doesn't do double damage in PvP (in PvE it almost does double) Second off, you lose health and its stability is horrendous. If you lose a gun battle to somebody with ToM you're shit. But yeah if you get somebody from behind it'll drop em but you would've lost that gun fight Anyways. You obviously don't have it anyways.
