In pvp the damage buff does nothing to the amount of bullets needed to kill.
With the buff: 4 shot kill.
Without the buff: 4 shot kill.
Please. Do some research and stop posting stupid shit.

4 shot kill is too fast. It should be 7 with ToM.

Minimal armored targets are 4 shot regardless of buffed or not, with high armored targets taking 5 shots without buff and 4 with buff. Meaning the gun NEVER goes under a 4 shot kill which is not in any way shape or form over powered or unfair.

4 shots is less then 5 and that extra 20 damage on your shots might make the difference when your shooting him with a teammate and you have a level advantage in trials or iron banner.

The point is OP is claiming it is overpowered. Which it is not.
