Touch of Malice in Trials will be unfair
Eveerybody remembers people complaining over snipers and final round, where players would dump their clip and just use the final body shot. I'm response to this, bumgie nerfed the perk...AND THEN ADDED A GUN THAT DOES DOUBLE DAMAGE UNLIMITED AMMO.
Wait till Trials when players start dumping their clip to get unlimited super fast double damage shots with Touch of Malice. We just found the new meta.
I suggest a nerf where the double damage only procs if the player using it has a higher kill death ratio than the other player, since he would have won the gun battle anyway. This keeps it fair to everybody.
Bump this so bumgie nerfs it before this mess happens in 2 weeks!

8 RepliesHow about it doesn't proc period? How about if it only worked for pve? Because from what I am understanding you wantcthe okayer with the higher kd record to have the perk proc? So the more skilled player should be able to use the crutch?

It doesn't do double damage in PVP. And it's dangerous to use cause of health loss, my guess will be that Red Death should be the best gun and it will still be balanced (unlike Thorn and TLW)

6 RepliesHave you tried in crucible yet? I haven't yet, but in pve i tend to accidentally kill myself on occasion. Cant imagine I'd last too long in the crucible with it.

3 RepliesAre you retarded? First of all, it doesn't do double damage in PvP (in PvE it almost does double) Second off, you lose health and its stability is horrendous. If you lose a gun battle to somebody with ToM you're shit. But yeah if you get somebody from behind it'll drop em but you would've lost that gun fight Anyways. You obviously don't have it anyways.

Doesn't have double damage. Even if it did, why would it be unfair? It's actually a weapon that is earned.
