Touch of Malice in Trials will be unfair
Eveerybody remembers people complaining over snipers and final round, where players would dump their clip and just use the final body shot. I'm response to this, bumgie nerfed the perk...AND THEN ADDED A GUN THAT DOES DOUBLE DAMAGE UNLIMITED AMMO.
Wait till Trials when players start dumping their clip to get unlimited super fast double damage shots with Touch of Malice. We just found the new meta.
I suggest a nerf where the double damage only procs if the player using it has a higher kill death ratio than the other player, since he would have won the gun battle anyway. This keeps it fair to everybody.
Bump this so bumgie nerfs it before this mess happens in 2 weeks!

.... You've never actually used the Malice in PvP, have you. The perk is actually garbage. Does not drop people fast enough to be worth the health loss. And even with it, Boolean, MIDA and any decent Pulse will [i]still[/i] drop people faster.

So only ruin that perk for us PvE people? Stop ruining Good PvE weapons cause you get killed by something in crucible. Clearly it doesn't do double damage in crucible. Not to mention anyone using it is pretty much a free kill

It goes from 45 to 62, and it eats your health. Not op at all

Who runs out of primary ammo during ToO? Also have you tested it in Crucible? The dmg bonus is not as big as on PvE (check Planet Destiny review if you want video proof) its not a bad weapon, but is nowhere near to be OP.

1) it's not double damage in pvp. 2) it slowly kills the user as they shoot 3) it's not comparable to final round because it doesn't one shot.
