I did. That was one of the first things I did. In the promotional section, I have the Suros Shader, and the shaders for the Hunter and Warlock. No Titan shader.

Hmm that's odd, did you check postmaster?

Yep. When I first created the character, I checked with the postmaster. Then after I boosted to 25, I logged out, closed the game, and restarted it. Still nothing. So I did some missions, some crucible, and checked again, nothing still. It's weird, because the Exotic Mark shows for purchase from the Exotic blueprint, and I was able to retrieve the emote from the emote blueprint, but the Shader is the only thing not showing up anywhere.
