Hello guardians, Hoping to see if anyone can clear this up...what exactly is the overcharged buff, and what does it do? I know you can get it from the new secret spike room in the raid, and from the 'racing' patrol bounties...but what does it do? I don't see a significant increase in armor, or agility. No over shield or weapon handling speed buff, maybe someone else has seen a change that I havent
