Lol no. Its not consider a panic super if you use it to take out someone super.

So true. Its only fist of panic when used on a random person, but when used tactically it is a very good super. I get taken off basically everyother long lasting super when people are good with FoH.

What if you get launched off a cliff due the melee glitch and you use it to get back into the map (as well as maybe kill the player)?

Well, you used it to survive, it would be like chasing someone off the map when using bladedancer, and then getting back. Good kill.
