Rule of movies, TV shows, plays, exc. No body means the character survived. Plus the constant teasers from the Boolean Gemini quest line confirms she's alive. Plus the fact that the queen knew ahead of time that her armada would be defeated leads to believe she had a plan in place from the start to force oryx to wipe out most of his own forces. Making it impossible for him to move on the Tower as he lacked forces. This left him dead in the water just waiting for a raid team to eventually kill him. Anybody with plans so far into the future of events isn't easily killed. You can say she sacrificed herself but, I personally believe that is not her style at all.
