It really depends. My favourite to play as is probably Seven, but I probably play best with Queen. Also, just before I stopped playing (distracted by other games), I started to figure out how to use Deuce effectively, and I was really kicking butt with her. She might be my new favourite, but I haven't played her in a while because of how much I'd over-levelled her.
