Lol I don't blame you. But I'm pretty sure I saw a bungie reply saying their looking into it.... If that actually means anything is anyone's guess Just a thought of one thing to try, Get it back on to the original character that received it and try to level it up once, and of course make sure you've not only unlocked all the perks but purchased them all as well.
