Hi, I am having some serious issues downloading the update and TTK. I purchased the hard copy for X1, and everything on the disk will install, however when I am informed that it needs an update and allow it to do so, the update stops at 52 percent without fail (I have tried to wait it out, it stayed like this for 14 hours before I first tried reinstalling). Since then I have attempted a reinstall 9 times, with varying combinations of power cycling my console and clearing cache both before and after the reinstall attempt, and still no dice on passing 52%. Is there some way to fix this?

 • Fvck me man im in the SAME EXACT boat as you ive tried everything this is what i posted earlier
So i was not able to download the 2.0 update when it first came out because i was away on vacation. I had owned the disc copy of the game and preordered the taken king which i began trying to download about a week ago. I have tried everything from changing my dns, clearing my cache, hard resets, wired connection, uninstalling the entire game and redownloading it from scratch, all to no avail. No matter what i do, the base game will download from the disk but as soon as i try to download the update, it gets permanently stuck at 52% game transfer in game and at 3% on my dashboard. Not even counting the fact that i spent 40 bucks on this, im just begging for someone to help me find a solution here so i can play this awesome game. Peace out and thanks
• Check your storage space. I would think that it could be an issue of your hard drive just not knowing how to handle a sudden 'swap' of data (My game is at 34.4GB and I've been on Xbox One since July). If your hard drive has at least 50GB then I wouldn't bother messing with anything on there. If your console is wireless, attempt to download it with an ethernet cable plugged in. It could just be a random timeout thing going on. Post back what/if this helps. Thanks!

 • I have used ethernet and have 200gb free. And have tried it every day (sometimes 2-3 times) for the past week. So yeah
