On my newest character i buffed it up to level 25 with a spark of light then used the thing that doubles your XP on it to get him to levle 29 and did a few other things when i went back and did black garden for the strangers rifle i didn't get the weapon can somebody do something to get the strangers rifle to my character

3 RepliesI think you can only get it when the mission is required to be completed for a quest that the vanguard gives you. That's how I got mine
