To you Op and to the uninformed people I here saying that's how it's supposed to be. Two Microsoft reps I've talked with as well as the one and only bungie post on these forums about this issue state it's not supposed to be this way. All accounts on the first console it's purchased and downloaded on should have access to it just like every other thing that's downloaded. The MS reps I talked with said because bungie is a third party they (and us) have to wait until bungie gets around to figuring it out. There is a half assed work around for this, works on my 360 but I don't know about other consoles. 1. Sign on the profile you want to play as. 2. On another remote with that console sign in to the profile that purchased ttk (the one that has access to it) 3. Go into Destiny normally with the first sign on 4. Profit! You should have access to it. You can then sign out of the second remote, just be sure you don't accidentally switch the default remote (the warning that pops up in Destiny when pushing buttons on the second remote) otherwise it'll kick you back to log in. And you'll have to do this again. Tedious as this may be it's the only way I've found so far in getting ttk to work got other accounts on the original console ttk was purchased on (the console that holds the license).
