To you Op and to the uninformed people I here saying that's how it's supposed to be. Two Microsoft reps I've talked with as well as the one and only bungie post on these forums about this issue state it's not supposed to be this way.
All accounts on the first console it's purchased and downloaded on should have access to it just like every other thing that's downloaded.
The MS reps I talked with said because bungie is a third party they (and us) have to wait until bungie gets around to figuring it out.
There is a half assed work around for this, works on my 360 but I don't know about other consoles.
1. Sign on the profile you want to play as.
2. On another remote with that console sign in to the profile that purchased ttk (the one that has access to it)
3. Go into Destiny normally with the first sign on
4. Profit! You should have access to it. You can then sign out of the second remote, just be sure you don't accidentally switch the default remote (the warning that pops up in Destiny when pushing buttons on the second remote) otherwise it'll kick you back to log in. And you'll have to do this again.
Tedious as this may be it's the only way I've found so far in getting ttk to work got other accounts on the original console ttk was purchased on (the console that holds the license).
Man you guys whine a lot i have not had one singal problem since launch. but then i do not cheat or try to hack the OS or create glitchs
One does not simply "create glitches". They are bugs in the game. The developers create them unintentionally, not the players.

So what is life like living in your moms basement?
Man you guys whine a lot i have not had one singal problem since launch. but then i do not cheat or try to hack the OS or create glitchs
If you're going to come in here just to be an idiot, please..Just don't. If you read what I put, and if you did any actual looking into it as many of us have, this particular situation is not "cheating" or "hacking the os" or "making glitches". Please kiddo, use that head of yours, if there's even anything in here, before posting.

same Idiot reply one gets from the car thief who says well they left the keys in the car

You should really try using that brain of yours..if there's even a functional one in that thick head of yours. Look up Microsoft's DRM as well as Microsoft's usage restrictions. Also there's this this post where bungie admitted it's supposed to work. Stop being an asshat, and read before making yourself look like more of a retarded child.

The old "I'm not experiencing issues so there are no issues" routine, huh? You realize how dumb this is? Like seriously I hope you are just trolling, for your own sake.
