They haven't responded to this issues it's been happening since launch and still no response

This issue is not an issue since it has to do with the digital upgrade program and TTK has been noted and advertised all along, long prior to release, that it was not part of the digital upgrade program. It is not required to be part of the program and very few softwares or dlc is. With the launch of the next gen last year, MS and Sony agreed to digital upgrades for certain titles. That is no longer the case. On the digital upgrade page itself, it even said it was for a limited time. In short, if you want it on both PS3 and PS4, you need a copy for each.

That's stupid I know people who bought it on Xbox 360 and still have access on the one so what is this a flaw cause Its a bug flaw than

Edited by RedPhoenix HD: 10/4/2015 5:53:31 PMThen they bought it on the One, cuz it is not upgradable to either console family. with the 2.0 patch they may see a lot of things related to it, but they can't actually play anything related to TTK w/o buying it.

I'm not going to name any names but I've seen them play it and they didn't pay twice cause I personally know they don't have the money to get it twice and I've checked there purchase history and nothing but the $40 to get it on the 360
