This needs to be addressed it is the most ridiculous thing I've seen.

With the taken king bungie has literally -blam!-ed the year one players in the ass and not in a good way eg nope -blam!- you loyal year one fans we will make the hundreds of hours you have put in useless and destiny vanilla and the old two doc that we paid for useless and now they do this wtf bungie fix your problems

I own everything and have played the game since month one and having had a few difficulties deleted and redownloaded my game. Now it is stuck in Trial mode and no matter what I do I can't get out of it. Renewing licenses, redownloading, clearing cache, etc. Ridiculous. Having paid over one hundred pounds for all this and putting in so many hours I have nothing to show for it. Worst of all is Bungie's total lack of customer service. How do I get to talk to a human being about this issue and get it sorted?
