Soo I've been doing a mix of heroic and lvl 36 strikes from the playlist for almost a month now and haven't gotten even one of the flayer mantle cloaks :( :( I'm starting to lose hope!!! So I'm wondering if it's been confirmed that it can drop from the lvl 20 strike that you select from Mars, cause that would save me a lot of time... And does anyone know if having a lower light lvl might increase the chance of it dropping?
