I figure no because of these reasons: -No longer obtainable without legacy engrams of which is still inconclusive if it's even possible to get out of those engrams -Locking it in this way would cause an uproar within the community regarding its not 'RNG fair game' It's possible but illogical and highly inconvenienced to those who never got the chance to obtain that exotic bounty. I personally got 5 exotic bounties, in total, that I remember and all of them were either Invective, Thorn or Bad Juju; only repeats...
