Letter to Bungie
Over one week ago I sent a letter to Bungie via email and a hard-copy via US Mail regarding my severe unhappiness and frustration with the release of their newest DLC expansion The Taken King. Since then I have only received an automated email response mentioning something about Halo 3 and how they "may not respond to every email."
This is completely unsatisfactory and I will be notifying the BBB about this issue. I also want to share with everyone, including Bungie, why they have let down me and every frustrated fan (and customer) out there who have been long-time supporters, and also are the reason that Bungie is the company that they are today.
The letter that was sent has been provided above.

6 RepliesBungie did nothing wrong by locking you out of [b]end game activities[/b] as the end game is now a higher level the end game activities move up with the lvl cap why is this hard to comprehend? You're doing nothing but wasting your time trying to get somewhere with your non sense.
