I have raided King's Fall numerous times already and have definitely found the solo gaze strat the easiest and most efficient when playing with total randoms. Which I'm sure in an organized group of people that are familiar with each other and of the mechanics their might be a much better way.
First off I split the team into 2 groups of 3, one group on the left and one on the right for the Thrall/Acolytes phase. Once all the hive have been taken out we all get to the front of the room.
If I am the solo gazer I will jump on the block that is in the front of the room, that way I am still able to hit his exposed back even if Golgoroth is looking in my direction.
While I am doing that the team is targeting the front left ball/brain. Once that is broke I will capture Golgoroth's gaze while the team of 5 jump down.
Obviously Titan's bubbles/weapons of light is not only a damage buff but provides safety in case the solo gazer is unable hit his exposed back. Nightstalker's tether are also incredible at increasing damage. Once the solo gazer's time has ran out, he/she will notify the team to get out to rinse and repeat.
We alone got a 1/3 of his health with this strategy on the first try. It doesn't require a lot of communication or having to exchange gazes.
I will say that it might not be the "hard mode" strategy but who knows what that will bring. I have just found this to be extremely helpful when leading a bunch of randoms through the raid.

Nice video. It makes the fight a little more boring but is definitely easier with a group of randoms
