i still cannot get past the title screen, checked all downloads, even reinstalled the game and still getting error code turtle with the message "could not download configuration files from bungie.net" if i cant access it after the FULL reinstall is complete i shall file a formal complaint. been on this game since day one pretty much and a prob like this has never arsien... annoyed.
