So if I've done all of the above, checked and verified add ons, correctly installed, licences updated... And I'm still not receiving my Suros pack (I'm only bothered about emblem and shader as promised) then I'd like to let you know there are still problems. Audio cuts out for me as well, especially when in a battle, grenades and shooting etc. I'm disappointed I never got my items, but I'd still like to receive what I've effectively paid for, even though promotional, I wouldn't have preordered unless guaranteed. Realising there are many issues but hoping you can resolve as soon as possible, it has been 3 wks +. Guardian
