Pulse Rifle Nerf
Don't want to be that guy but pulse rifles shouldn't have scout rifle range in pvp.
I think the range falloff needs some tuning or the damage should be decrease by 1.5%.
Only in pvp
In pve the pulse rifle performs perfectly fine
