I main Hunter and completely disagree with this...Titans are fine the way they are! Don't cry nerf because it's better than you, adapt and change the way you approach it instead. It has seven hammers, not unlimited, and being a warlock, just Nova bomb the -blam!-er. I agree that they're annoying to go against in PvP but I have been so glad to have them in my strike and raid teams. PvE aspects of the game overrule the PvP aspect, by far, so asking for a nerf to them will -blam!- the balancing in PvE...my opinion on the matter...
