The Hannibal perk for guns causes increased damage to Cabal (or Mars Enthusiasts), as I'm sure you all know. That's funny, because we (the Cabal) are Rome and Carthage/Hannibal fought us. It's a historical joke/reference. Problem is, see the Second Punic war, which is Hannibal's most famous war... Hannibal lost that war. So, your perk you're using to hurt Cabal (Mars Enthusiasts)... yeah, it's named after a guy who lost to the Empire. That should inspire hope in you. Would have been better to name the perk Attila.
