Fabian Strategy needs its exotic perk fixed
Couldn't of worded it better than Planet Destiny:

1 ReplyIt looks really good on paper, but i think they were afraid of pvp balance so they just made it weak on purpose aka necrocasm. They are just too lazy to find balance. Still looks like a good pve auto rifle.

5 RepliesAs a Warlock main I bump this. We get the Tlaloc which is arguably one of the best Scouts in the game when the perk activates. Hunters get an EXTREMELY useful handcannon. Meanwhile Titans are stuck with a VERY average auto rifle that takes up an exotic slot. That's just not fair to Titan players.

2 RepliesI agree. Tried firing with no enemies around and then again right in their face and couldn't tell if the RoF actually was faster. Compared to Zhalo, there is literally no reason to use Fabian Strategy.
