I've been having this issue where I have collected items, such as House Banners and Axiomatic Beads, and went to go turn them in at the Cryptarch and it only redeems one of them and deletes the rest. Has this happened to anyone else? I'll try to post a video of it happening the next time it does, but I'm hoping someone could look into it.
