No Glimmer?
So I have had Destiny from the beginning. I no longer receive glimmer now that I have Taken King.. No I do not bave 25000 Glimmer... Not even close. I have like 500 right now and it BLOWS. No matter who I kill, in what mode or location, or if I pop ether seeds, black wax idols, etc. no glimmer EVER. The only way I can get glimmer is by breaking items down. Why do I not get glimmer? How do i fix this? It is doing this on all ove my characters (40 warlock, 40 Titan, and 34 Hunter)

Just posted this as well. Ghost shells that give glimmer for killing certain enemy types work, but not glimmer consumables or killing yellow health bar enemies.

I have the same problem, no idea if it's a bug or what but at the point where I am close to just jacking in destiny and waiting for halo

Bump - I get ZERO on the Dreadnaught. Neither on Missions, Patrols. I also get Zero from the Taken. I thought that was intended until I saw a Datto video where he was pulling 25 Glimmer a kill on the Taken, and then I read this... Bungie please fix! Please laso let me know if Bungie fixes it for you.

I'm not receiving glimmer either. I can see it fall all around the enemies that I've killed, but my number stays the same (and no, i don't have 25k either). So frustrating!

Some places tend not to give glimmer at all, I forget which ones. Others give pathetically little, especially if you're out-leveling the suggested requirements. In your case your level 40s oulevel most of the stuff out there. But... no idea. I've heard the issue asked / reported recently by someone else though
