I preordered destiny TTK digital collectors edition for xbox one but never got my code to enter in the Xbox store. I have the email confirming my payment but that's it. I ended up getting it for Xbox 360 but I would like the special things that come with my preorder. What are my options?

I'm in the same boat, except that I bought the TTK stand alone version from the Xbox 360 store online. No Suros pack for me ... and no one's been able to help out with a solution (not Bungie, not Microsoft).

Yep same and it's been a few weeks but I haven't heard back from them either. I'm about to go to the bank and say it's fraud since I haven't gotten my product for the money I've spent and haven't heard a word from them.
