-Increase RoF of high impact models by 2% and Mid impact by 1%
-Increase base stability by 1%
Pulse Rifle: Decrease Burst delay by 5%
-Increase recoil value by 1.5%
Scout: Fine as is for now
Hand Cannon: Increase base range by 2.5 meters.
-Increase base ammo capacity by 20%
Sniper Rifles: Increase base range by 5 meters.
Shotguns: Increase damage to AI combatants by 15%
-Reduce max range value by 3 (PvP tweak)
Fusion Rifles: Increase damage to AI shield by 15% and by an additional 30% if striking a matching element shield. Shields brought down by fusion rifles take an extra 3.5 seconds to recharge.
Handguns: Increase base range by 2 meters.
-increase damage to AI by 3.5%
Machine guns: Increase damage to AI by 3.5%
Rocket Launchers: Increase Damage to AI by 2%
Swords: Fine

Edited by Boomstick1911: 10/1/2015 5:03:52 PMAs far as Hand Cannons, get rid of that ADS delay that causes your first round to go RNG. Hand Cannons are meant for quick-draw gunfighting. Fusion Rifles should also get a range boost of about 10 percent, and the firing cone needs to be tightened.
